The Hotel Management will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are designed to ensure peace and safety during the stay of all our Guests.
The regulations define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and staying on the Hotel premises and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation, paying a deposit, or the full amount for the stay at the Hotel.
By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Regulations.
1. The regulations apply to all Guests staying on the Hotel premises.
2. The regulations are available for review in every hotel room, as well as on the Hotel's website www.zamek-gniew.pl
3. Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis.
4. The hotel day lasts from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
5. Early check-in is possible. The Guest should request it at the hotel reception no later than 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. After this time, the waiting time for the room is at least 1 hour for its priority preparation and availability. The room can be made available no earlier than 1:00 PM. The cost of early check-in is 100 PLN per room for each hour. If Guests wish to check in before 12:00 PM, the surcharge is 50% of the room rate per day.
6. Requests to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental term expires.
7. Requests to extend the hotel day should be reported to the hotel reception by 10:00 AM. The Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 100 PLN for each started hour exceeding the standard duration of the hotel day.

11. For children under 7 years old, the stay is free if they sleep on a bed with their parents. Baby cots can be provided in the room (upon prior agreement when making a reservation).
12. The hotel accepts pets. Pets may stay on the Hotel premises for an additional fee. However, the pet owner is obliged to keep the animal in a way that it does not pose a threat to other Guests or staff. The Guest must remove any waste left by the pet on the Hotel premises. Upon check-in, the Guest must present a current vaccination card for the pet.
13. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant and Café areas.
14. If a Guest cancels their stay during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for that hotel day.
15. The Guest should notify the hotel reception immediately upon discovering any damage.
16. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to money, valuables, jewelry, or items of scientific or artistic value if these are not deposited at the reception.
17. The Guest is materially responsible for any damages or destruction of hotel property or technical equipment caused by themselves or their visitors.
18. The Guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even if the payment for the stay period has been made.
19. Unregistered persons may stay in a hotel room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
20. Quiet hours in the Hotel are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
21. For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not provided as hotel room equipment is prohibited.
22. In case of violation of the regulations, the Hotel may refuse service to the person who breaches them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's demands, settle payments for services provided and possible damages, and leave the Hotel.
23. The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel equipment or technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for damages after departure.
24. The Hotel reserves the right to request the Guest's credit card number with expiry date to charge in case of no-show or non-payment for provided services.
25. The Guest is obliged to inform the Hotel of reservation cancellations by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge the Guest's credit card.
26. In case of no-show, the Hotel charges a fee for one day.
27. If a Guest disturbs the peaceful stay of others or hotel operations under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, they may be removed from the hotel.
28. The Hotel may refuse admission to a Guest who severely violated hotel regulations during a previous stay causing damage to hotel property or Guests, or disturbing the peaceful stay of Guests or hotel operations in any other way.
29. Personal belongings left by a departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no such instructions are received, the Hotel will store these items for 3 months.
30. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of high-value items, large sums of money, objects threatening safety, and bulky items that cannot be placed in the hotel deposit.
31. Guests have the right to file complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of provided services.
32. All complaints are accepted at the Reception.
33. Complaints should be filed immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the service standard.
34. Smoking is completely prohibited in the Hotel and its immediate surroundings outside designated areas intended for this purpose.
