As a chef, he has worked in many renowned Polish hotels and hotels abroad. He is an award-winning participant of culinary competitions and now acts as a judge in culinary competitions. Zbigniew Łęgowski is a chef who appreciates simple and tasty cuisine seasoned with a pinch of extravagance; he is also a great barbecue and BBQ enthusiast.

Our restaurant at Gniew Castle offers you a very diverse menu, thus meeting the various culinary preferences of our guests.
