Rybaki is a small village in the Subkowy commune, where one can see a historic hydrotechnical junction consisting of a sluice and pumping stations draining the Walichnowy Lowlands into the Vistula River. The sluice was built in the 19th century from a brick wall, in front of the sluice there are pumping stations named "Nadzieja" and "Pokój", which are situated between the flood banks of the Vistula River and Pelplinskie Lake. Both pumping stations constitute a second stage of water pumping in relation to the "Zgoda" pumping station, which drains the Lowland and pumps water into Pelplinskie Lake.
